1. Outside Submission Period

The submission period for Virtual Market 2024 Winter is scheduled as October 21 (Mon) - November 18 (Mon) JST.
Please note that the Vket Booth Maker cannot be used for submission outside this period.

2. Check Your Exhibition Status

To exhibit/submit in Vket, you must have a valid application and allocated exhibition slot.
As application for Virtual Market 2024 Winter is already closed, please considering applying for Virtual market 2025 Summer if you do not have an exhibition status!

3. Check your Vket ID

If you cannot proceed to submission despite after application / exhibition allocation, you may be using a different Vket ID for My Vket / Vket login.
Please check your Vket ID if you are using the same Vket ID:

1. MyVket - VketID https://account.vket.com/mypage/user

2. Vket - VketID https://event.vket.com/en/2024Winter/mypage/profile
