Avatar Maker: We're Updating our Terms of Use

As of January 30, 2025, we will be revising our Terms of Use for Avatar Maker service. We hope for your understanding and cooperation, and to consider the following changes to be applied for future service!
🔸Why we are updating our Terms of Use
Previously, we have received numerous inquiries and feedback regarding our Terms of Use.
We have also observed Terms of Use violation cases such as Creator's Items being derivatively sold on external services such as BOOTH,
and therefore decided to update our Terms of Use for a clearer and practical standard for all users.
🔸Key Changes
1. Establishment of the "Avatar Maker Terms of Use"
Previously, Avatar Maker has been provided as one of the features in My Vket, which will be provided as a separate service from now on. Therefore, the “Avatar Maker Terms of Use” has been newly established and will be applied for future service.
2. Condition Changes for Use of Avatars Created by Avatar Maker
Previously, Terms of Use for avatars with/without Creator's Items were defined separately, which will be unified to a single Terms of Use for all avatars created using the Avatar Maker.

*Caution: Please note that all avatars (regardless of including Creator's Items) are not allowed for selling / distribution (e.g. avatars created using VketChan assets).
*On creating derivative works (e.g. videos, posters, websites, physical goods, etc.), please credit the original copyright holder(s).
Credit Reference:
If avatar does not include Creator's Items: "©HIKKY"
If avatar includes Creator's Items: credit the ©Name_of_Author , according to the store page for each Creator's Item
🔸When will the new Terms of Use come to effect?
The updated Terms of Use will come in effect on January 30th, 2025.
By using this service after the Terms of Use have come to effect, you have agreed to the newly established Terms of Use.
*Important: Avatars sold/distributed on My Vket created by users (without Creator's Items) will be removed by My Vket staff on April 1st, 2025.
Please be assured that this will not be treated as a violation of the Terms of Use.
